Sarah Duncanson

Bnurs,PGDip Paed Crit Care MANP candidate, CertIV TAE

Sarah has extensive experience in education, training, and Paediatric Advanced Life Support. She has been involved in clinical education at a large tertiary hospital in Melbourne and with the Australian College of Critical Care Nursing, and has held roles in Paediatric Intensive Care as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, outreach and retrieval nurse. Her special interests lie in children with congenital heart conditions, family centred care and clinical leadership/ mentorship of junior nurses. She is a Mum of 3 energetic boys, regionally based and owns a farm!

Meagan King

Bnurs, PGDip Paed Crit care, CertIVTAE

Meagan has extensive Clinical Education experience both at a large tertiary hospital in Melbourne as well as with the Australian College of Critical Care Nursing. She is heavily involved in hospital peer support and mentorship and has a keen interest in holistic care of the child, focusing on the child and family, rather than the illness itself. She has a gift of incorporating play and music therapy into acute care medicine. Meagan is based in Metropolitan Melbourne, with regional roots and is a Mum to 2 beautiful kids.

Grace Larson

BNurs, PGDip Paed Crit Care, MANP, Cert IV TAE

Grace is a paediatric intensive care nurse with over a decade experience in paediatric nursing education. She also brings experience with quality and safety and consults for the Australian Midwifery and Nursing Federation on nurse safety issues. She has a special interest in children’s procedural pain and sedation, and she completed her masters in that field. She is regionally based with her three young children and manages a heritage apple orchard with her spare time!
